Administrative Roles

Church Clerk

The clerk's role at our church maintains and organizes records of our congregation's activities and important information. He or she is responsible for recording and documenting official meetings, such as board meetings and business meetings, as well as keeping track of membership records, baptisms, weddings, and other significant events. The church clerk also plays a vital role in managing the church's official correspondence, maintaining communication channels with members, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Treasury Team

The Treasury team at our church is dedicated to overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our congregation. Committed to transparency and accountability, they handle the collection, recording, and distribution of funds in accordance with established policies and guidelines. The Treasury team ensures that the financial resources are used responsibly to support the church's mission, ministries, and outreach initiatives. They work diligently to maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and provide regular financial reports to the church leadership and members. With a heart for stewardship, the team plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our church community and fosters wise and faithful management of God's resources.

Head Elder

Head Elder works closely with the church pastor and the board to oversee the congregation's overall spiritual health and well-being. They play a crucial role in fostering unity, nurturing spiritual growth, and encouraging active participation in church activities and ministries.
